1. The service
Taynera is a digital service providing personalised responses for informational and entertainment purposes. It is operated by Vitalii Husak, Poland.
Responses are generated with AI technology in the style of the selected consultant. Consultant names and personas are digital characters and do not represent real-time human advisers.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into the relevant contract.
3. Nature of responses
Responses do not guarantee outcomes and are not factual predictions. They do not replace medical, psychological, legal, financial or emergency assistance.
4. Questions and credits
The first question is free. You may then buy 3, 10 or 25 question credits. One credit is deducted after a paid question receives a successful response.
5. Payments and accounts
Purchases are one-time payments with no subscription or automatic monthly renewal. Stripe or Lava.top processes payments.
After payment, you may verify an email address to attach purchased credits to an account.
6. Withdrawal and refunds
Mandatory consumer rights under EU law and the law of your country of residence remain unaffected. If the digital service has not been used, you may contact us about withdrawal or a refund within the applicable statutory period.
If you request immediate performance and use paid questions before the withdrawal period ends, withdrawal rights may be limited for the portion already supplied.

7. Acceptable use
You must not disrupt the service, bypass limits, automate mass requests, use another person’s payment details, upload unlawful content or infringe another person’s rights.
8. Availability and liability
We do not promise uninterrupted availability without temporary errors or maintenance. Nothing excludes liability or mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Governing law
Polish law applies, while preserving mandatory protections available under the law of the consumer’s habitual country of residence.
