2. Information we process
Depending on the features you use, we may process your email, client identifier, question balance, payment information and information you voluntarily provide during a consultation.
- questions, names, dates of birth, birth city and time, relationship status and topic;
- uploaded photos and the current consultation history;
- email, login codes and account recovery information;
- payment identifiers, package, amount, currency and payment status;
- limited technical data used for security and abuse prevention.
3. Consultation data
The current consultation is stored in sessionStorage in the relevant browser tab. It disappears when the tab is closed or is removed by the application after its internal 12-hour limit.
To create a response, the question, context, conversation history and attached photo are sent to OpenAI. Requests use the store: false setting.
Taynera does not save consultation content or photos in its own database. Technical processing by a provider may still be governed by that provider’s terms and retention policies.
4. Purposes and legal bases
We process information to provide consultations, fulfil purchases, maintain balances, provide passwordless login, support users, protect the service and comply with legal obligations.
The applicable legal bases include contract performance, steps requested before a contract, legal obligations, legitimate interests in service security and consent where applicable.
5. Service providers
We may use OpenAI for responses, Stripe and Lava.top for payments, Brevo for login emails and Hetzner for hosting.
Some providers may process data outside the EEA using legally recognised safeguards where required.
6. Retention
Browser consultation data is limited to the tab and the internal 12-hour period. Login codes expire after 10 minutes. Account, balance and payment records are retained as needed to provide the service, meet accounting requirements, resolve disputes and comply with law.
7. Cookies and browser storage
Taynera uses necessary cookies for client identification and language selection, and sessionStorage for the current consultation. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. We keep limited first-party server-side usage statistics linked to an anonymous client identifier, without storing IP addresses, question or answer text, photos, or questionnaire data.
8. Your rights
Where GDPR applies, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may also withdraw consent.
